SABCHALO TERMS OF USE

Please read the following Terms of use, hereinafter referred to as 'Terms' and/or 'Agreement', laid down by sabchalo Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'We' 'Us' 'Our' and or 'Platform') carefully as they affect your legal rights and obligations. Terms shall be applicable to all Users, hereinafter may be referred to as 'You' 'Yours' and or 'User(s) as defined under these Terms, on Our Website 'www.sabchalo.com', sabchalo application and/or any other product/services in relation to or provided by Us.
Clicking the option of "I Accept the sabchalo Terms of use" or use of the services offered by our Platform indicates expressly and impliedly that You agree to the Terms and Conditions. In the case that You do not agree to these Terms of Use, we do not authorize You to use the Services and you shall cease any and all such use immediately until the acceptance of our Terms.
1.Some expressions we use:
You will find below certain terminology that we use in order to simplify your experience while using our Platform:
(1.1)
'Accommodation'- Accommodation shall include but not limit to Hotels, Hostels, Motels, Cottages, Bed and Breakfasts, Resorts.
(1.2)
'Affiliates'- Any person, entity, organization associated with Us, the nature of association with whom is in relation to the Services provided on and throughout our Platform shall be considered an Affiliate.
(1.3)
'Applicable Laws' Applicable Laws shall be laws applicable to you based on your place of residence, the laws applicable to you based on travel destination and any other laws that you are and/or can be under the purview of.
(1.4)
'Application' Application shall include sabchalo applications for Android as well as iOS.
(1.5)
'Booking'- Booking shall include the process of Accommodation Booking as well Flight Booking as more particularly laid down in these Terms under 'Services on Our Platform'.
(1.6)
'Companion'- A User shall become the Companion of another User upon accepting the request of companionship from such other User on the Platform.
(1.7)
'Content'- Content shall include any and all images uploaded by Users on our Platform as well comments made by a User on the Post of another User and/or their own.
(1.8)
'End Service Provider'/ 'ESP' - sabchalo as a platform is providing a means to You to reach the ends as per your desires. Hence, considering the variety of Services provided by sabchalo on our Platform, an End Service Provider shall differ in each instance and shall depend on the Service chosen by you. With respect to Services of Flight Booking, the ESP shall be the Airline from whom the flight has been successfully booked by You. With respect to the Services of Accommodation Booking, the ESP shall be the place of Accommodation where and with whom You have successfully booked a room(s).

'Party'/'Parties'- For the purpose of this Agreement, sabchalo and User(s) shall be referred to as Party individually and as Parties collectively.
(1.10)
'Personal Information'- Any information that You submit on our Platform and/or its Affiliates which may disclose your details, including details that can be considered confidential, for the purpose of availing our Services. We, at sabchalo, consider your privacy of utmost importance and will never inquire for information that is not essential for our functioning and rendering our services in an efficient manner. 'Platform'- Platform shall include our website 'www.sabchalo.com', sabchalo Android Application, sabchalo iOS Application and or any other product/services in relation to or provided and managed by Us.
(1.12)
'Post'- A Post shall be any Content that is uploaded by a User on our Platform.
(1.13)
'User'- A User shall be any person who registers an account on our Platform.
2.Who can avail our Services?
Any person who has attained the age of 13 shall be eligible to register an account and formulate a profile to use the Services on our Platform. In the case that You are not of the age to legally enter into a binding Agreement, your legal guardian hereby agrees to these Terms on your behalf and shall be considered a Party to this Agreement. Only upon complete acceptance of these Terms and any other terms as deemed fit by sabchalo shall you be eligible to register your account successfully on the Platform.
3.Users' Representations and Warranties
(3.1)
You are of the age of at least 13 years of age.
(3.2)
In the case that You are not capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, Your parent/legal guardian hereby agrees to the terms of this Agreement on your behalf.
(3.3)
Any and all Personal Information submitted by You, on our Platform is accurate and complete in fact and is identical to your details as per government records.
(3.4)
You hereby represent and warrant that You shall not share your Personal Information and any and all details in relation to Your registered account on our Platform including but not limited to your log in password.
4.Services on our Platform
For the purpose of maintaining clarity and non-ambiguity in these Terms, the Services provided by Us on throughout our Platform shall be all inclusive of the following:
A.Connectivity
A1.Scope of Connectivity
(A1.1)
Upon registration of your account, you shall have the option of entering your interests on our Platform. Based on these interests, we may suggest to you other Users of sabchalo, with whom you share common interests, with the aim of helping You find the perfect companions for your future travel experiences.
(A1.2)
In order to connect with other Users, you will have the option of sending them a request of Companionship and only upon acceptance of such a request shall two Users become Companions.
(A1.3)
In order to connect with non sabchalo users, you will have the option of sending them a request through sabchalo Platform by email, to join the Platform.
(A1.4)
You may choose to keep your Posts private or accessible to all or some of your Companions or all Users of the Platform or general public on the internet.
A2.Community Guidelines
(A2.1)
You will use the Platform only in a manner consistent with all laws and regulations and in accordance with the Terms.
(A2.2)
You shall not upload Content that contains obscenity, nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive photographs and/or vulgarity of any kind.
(A2.3)
You shall not upload Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of another and you will not violate, plagiarize, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or proprietary rights. You shall not post Content that is invasive of privacy or publicity rights. You shall ensure to obtain the required copyrights or other permissions to distribute such media before any Content posted by You.

You shall not impersonate any person, irrespective of whether such a person is a User of our platform or not.
(A2.5)
You shall not sell any products/merchandise; provide services of any manner to other Users on and/or through our Platform.
(A2.6)
You shall not undertake any actions that shall amount to and/or be considered as an attempt to cheat and/or commit fraud against our End Service Providers or Us.
(A2.7)
You shall not make any Posts or comments on the Posts of other Users that are and can be considered discriminatory in nature. You are prohibited from any actions that are perceived as discrimination on the basis of sex, age, sexual orientation, caste, colour, political views, creed, race and/or any other form of discrimination.
(A2.8)
You shall not download or use/reuse the pictures posted by other Users without the permission of such Users.
(A2.9)
You shall not gain access to and/or attempt to gain access to the account of other Users with or without the permission of such Users.
(A2.10)
You shall not post Content that involves and/or promotes in any manner illegal activities including but not limited to consumption of drugs, pornography, child pornography.
(A2.11)
You shall not post Content that portrays acts that are violent towards any person or animal(s).
(A2.12)
You shall not post Content that includes or indicates any kind of endangerment to a minor.
(A2.13)
You shall undertake to ensure that no component of the Content posted by You is (or promotes) pedophilic, harmful, harassment, blasphemy, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate law(s) of State.
(A2.14)
You shall not upload to, distribute through or otherwise publish through the Platform any Content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
(A2.15)
You shall not upload to, distribute through or otherwise publish through the Platform any Content that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of United States of America, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
(A2.16)
You shall follow the Community Guidelines while using our Services throughout our Platforms. In the case that there has been any change in the Personal Information entered by You at the time of registration of Your account on the Platform, You shall update the same on the Platform before undertaking any further Booking. In the case that any account created by You was/has been previously removed from our Platform for violation of Community Guidelines and/or any other provision of these Terms, You shall not create or attempt to create another account from associated modes of registration on our Platform.
(A3.)
We reserve a right to disable, suspend and/or terminate your account without any notice if You are found to be violating the Community Guidelines as laid above either in part or in whole. The termination of any user's access to the Platform may be affected without notice and, on such termination; sabchalo may immediately bar any further access to the Platform. sabchalo shall not be liable to any user or other third party for any termination of that user's access to the Platform. In the event of termination, sabchalo reserves the right to delete or save a user's Content at sabchalo's sole discretion.

sabchalo does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the Content on its Platforms. Content posted on sabchalo does not represent the views of sabchalo, or any individual associated with sabchalo, and sabchalo does not control this Content. In no event shall you represent or suggest, directly or indirectly, sabchalo's endorsement of your Content. sabchalo does not vouch for the accuracy or credibility of any Content and does not take any responsibility or assume any liability for any actions you may take as a result of reading Content on the Platforms.
A5.Rights Granted
(A5.1)
Upon posting any kind of Content on our Platform as defined as per these terms, You grant to Us a non-exclusive, transferrable, revocable and royalty free license to use, reuse, modify, alter the uploaded Content for purposes in relation to the Services as provided by our Platform and laid down under this Terms.
(A5.2)
Such a grant of license shall be valid till the time your account is active on our Platform or till the time the Content is accessible on your account, whichever lasts longer.
B.Accommodation Booking
B1.Scope of Accommodation Booking
(B1.1)
Our Platform has a plethora of options for accommodation to choose from. In the process of booking your choice of accommodation on our Platform, you shall ensure that you are in compliance of all the Representation and Warranties as per these Terms.
(B1.2)
You shall be liable to take into consideration the rules and regulations of the respective End Service Provider and the Applicable Laws in the state/country of the same.
(B1.3)
You shall also be responsible for carrying all documents necessary in order to avail these services that You have paid for through our Platform.
(B1.4)
Any User experiences shared for on our Platform shall not, under any circumstances, be construed to be an endorsement from or on our behalf. We are merely a platform and in no event shall We be held liable for any performance or nonperformance of the End Service Providers.
B2.Relationship Between Parties
(B2.1)
We, sabchalo, are merely a medium through which you are availing the service of booking accommodation and nothing herein shall make Us a party to the contract between you and the End Service Provider, which in this instance shall be the place of your Accommodation, which shall be effective upon your booking of the same through our Platform.
(B2.2)
We do not guarantee and/or make any representations on behalf of the End Service Providers and in no event shall we be held liable for any misrepresentation, nonperformance of services, or any other action or inaction, of and made by the place of Accommodation.
B3.Misconduct of Users
(B3.1)
In the event that it is found that a User has misbehaved, breached the rules and regulations of the place of Accommodation, caused damage to the property of the Accommodation or caused any kind of nuisance at the place of Accommodation, booked through our Platform, We reserve the right to disable, suspend and/or terminate the account of such a User.
C.Flight Booking
C1.Scope of Flight Booking
(C1.1)
Our Platform provides You innumerable options for booking of flights. In the process of booking flights, You shall ensure that You are compliant with all the Representations and Warranties as per these Terms.
(C1.2)
You shall be liable to take into consideration all the rules and regulations of the End Service Providers, the airlines in this instance and shall ensure that you are in compliance with the same.
(C1.3)
The Users who shall undertake to book flight(s) for person/s who are not Users of the Platform and/or their Companions on the Platform shall be responsible for the input of accurate data at the time of booking of such individuals.
(C1.4)
We are merely a Platform and any suspensions, cancellations, delay or termination of Flight(s) shall be at the discretion of the respective Airline and the same shall be dealt individually by the Users.
C2.Relationship between Parties
(C2.1)
We, sabchalo, are merely a medium through which you are availing the service of booking flights and nothing herein shall make Us a party to the contract between you and the End Service Provider, which in this instance shall be the airline, that shall be effective upon your booking of the same through our Platform.
(C2.2)
We do not guarantee and/or make any representations on behalf of the End Service Providers and in no event shall we be held liable for any misrepresentation, nonperformance of services, or any other action or inaction, of and made by the respective airline of the flight booked by You through our Platform.
C3.User Duties
(C3.1)
You have undertaken the process of acquiring the required documentation as per the Applicable Laws and that you shall comply with all Applicable laws at all times while rendering the Services provided by our Platform.
(C3.2)
You shall use the Services of this Platform as a Customer, for self, family or friends and under no circumstance shall any User use our Platform to make any Booking as a third party agent.
(C3.3)
You shall not proceed with the booking of flights in the case that You are barred from boarding a flight under any law or order from an institution of judicial nature throughout the World.
(C3.4)
While raising any complaints, User must make sure that the information they provide as a cause of the said complaint is true and accurate. In the event that any information provided by the User while raising a complaint is found to be, upon investigation, false and may be considered as a means to misguide, mislead or defraud Us as a facilitator and/or the End Service Provider, We shall have the right to disable, suspend and/or terminate the Users account at our sole discretion indefinitely or till a period as we may deem fit.
5.Cancellation & Refunds Policy
5A.Accommodation
(5A.1)
In case the place of Accommodation cancels Your Booking within 48 hours of your date of check-in, please report this problem using our Help Desk and our team will work with you to take the necessary actions.
5B.Flights
(5B.1)
In the event that a User wishes to cancel a Booking, the User shall be directed to the Help Desk on Our Platform wherein the User shall have to raise a query for the same with appropriate supporting documents, which shall be acknowledged and responded to within 48 hours of raising the query.
(5C)
Users shall not be entitled to any refund upon cancellation of Bookings, unless the time and date of cancellation of Booking by the User qualifies for a refund either in part or in whole as per the ESP's policies, since the cancellation policies of all End Service Providers vary. The fare rules shall be displayed at the time of booking and also in the booking details.
(5D)
In the event that an End Service Provider has deemed it fit to refuse to provide their respective services to the User, the User shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.
(5E)
In the event that You are found to be in violation of and/or non-compliant with the Representations and Warranties, User Duties and/or any provisions of these Terms at the place of Accommodation or at the place of boarding of the flight booked through our Platform and is thereby not permitted to avail the services paid for through our Platform, You shall not be entitled to any refund.
(5F)
In the event that the You are unable to avail the services that he/she/they has/have already paid for due to restrictions imposed by the Government and/or under Applicable Laws at the place of Accommodation, You shall be entitled to a refund subject to the terms of use of the respective End Service Provider.
(5G)
Users shall not be entitled to any refund upon cancellation of Booking, unless expressly specified so at the time of booking as per the terms of the End Service Providers and/or also in the booking details.
6.Payment Method
(6.1)
You shall have to pay for the Accommodation and/or Flight in order to complete the Booking process. All payments made by the Users shall be in USD only. All payments shall be made through our assigned payment gateway at the time of Booking.
(6.2)
Any and all refunds that are due towards a User shall be refunded back to the source of payment.
(6.3)
In the case that a User, who has made a payment in a currency other than USD under these Terms, undertakes or is subjected to a cancellation of his/her Booking(s) and is as per the Terms of this policy and the policies of the ESPs entitled to receive a refund, such a User hereby agrees to bear any difference in the conversion rates at the time of refund in comparison to the time of Booking.
7.Indemnities and Class Action Waiver
(7.1)
By agreeing to these Terms, you hereby agree to indemnify Us and our Affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses including but not limited to legal expenses, penalties, that are a result of your actions or inactions that may or may not be in violation to the terms laid herein this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall render Us and/or any of our Affiliates liable to You under any circumstances for any damage, loss, injury etc.
(7.2)
You hereby agree that in the event that there arises any dispute between the parties, You shall raise any and all claims only in your individual capacity and not as a member of a class or a representative action.
8.Deletion of Account
(8.1)
In the case that a User chooses to delete their account on the Platform, the same shall be deleted throughout our Platform. Such a deletion shall be considered as a withdrawal of agreement and acceptance of these Terms and such a person shall have to create a new account if they wish to avail Our services post such deletion.
(8.2)
The User may also request the deletion of the personal information held by the Platform at the time of deletion.
9.General terms
(9.1)
Modification: We reserve the right to modify, change, alter the Terms of this Agreement either in part of in whole at our sole discretion and Your continued use of our Services throughout our Platforms shall be considered a valid consent to such modified terms. Nothing in this Agreement shall put Us under an obligation to seek permission from the Users for any modification in its Terms.
(9.2)
All rights not expressly granted to the Users under these Terms shall at all times during the subsistence of this Agreement lie with Us.
(9.3)
In the event that any section of this Agreement is rendered illegal and/or inapplicable in your place of residence, it shall not cause the whole Agreement to be invalid.
(9.4)
Our decision to not enforce any provision of this Agreement by Us, either in part or in whole, shall not be construed to be a waiver of that provision and sabchalo shall reserve the right to enforce such a provision as they deem fit.
10.Governing laws & Jurisdiction
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between each user and sabchalo and govern each user's use of Platform, superseding any prior agreements. The Terms and the relationship between each user and sabchalo shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions and each party shall submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within United States of America, Florida. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to these Terms. This Platform is controlled and operated by sabchalo from within the State of Florida, United States of America. sabchalo makes no representation that materials on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship of any kind between sabchalo and any user.
11.Copyrights
sabchalo respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires that the people who use the Platform do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to claims of intellectual property misuse. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on this Platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing our copyright agent with the following information in writing: (a) the electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on the owner's behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit sabchalo to locate the material, including, if applicable the full URL; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

12.General Limitation of Liability
(12.1)
sabchalo will have absolutely no liability related to any User generated content arising under, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, libel, privacy, publicity, obscenity or other laws. sabchalo also disclaims all liability with respect to the misuse, loss, modification or unavailability of any User generated Content.
(12.2)
sabchalo will not be liable for any loss that the User may incur as a consequence of unauthorized use of their Account or Account information in connection with the services rendered by sabchalo or any third-party involved in operating the Platform, either with or without your knowledge.
(12.3)
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall sabchalo and related companies, including its respective personnel, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, licensors, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents (collectively the "covered parties"), be liable to any person or entity whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, compensatory, consequential, or punitive damages or any damages or losses whatsoever, including but not limited to (i) loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, inconvenience , stress, distress, loss of claim, data or other intangible losses; (ii) your inability to use, unauthorized use of, delay, performance or non-performance of the site; (iii) unauthorized access to or tampering with your personal information or transmissions; (iv) the provision or failure to provide any service, including services offered by the accommodation, (partial) cancellations or overbookings; (v) errors or inaccuracies contained on the site or any information (including but not limited to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the accommodation as made available on the site), software, functionalities, services, and related contents obtained through the site; (vi) any transactions entered into through the site; (vii) any property damage including damage to your computer or computer system caused by viruses or other harmful components, during or on account of access to or use of the site or any site to which it provides hyperlinks; or (viii) damages otherwise arising out of the use of the site, any use, delay or inability to use the site, or any information, or services obtained through the site; or (ix) any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other damages attributable to the accommodation (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies) (x) any damages caused by a force majeure event. The limitations of liability shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if a covered party has been advised of the possibility of damages.
(12.4)
sabchalo is involved with third-parties for the smooth functioning of all their features throughout their Platforms and under no circumstances shall be held liable for the actions/inactions of these third party(ies).
13.Warranty Disclaimer
(13.1)
All content, including software, services, information, text and related content contained within or available through the site are provided to you on an "as is," "as available" basis. sabchalo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content included on this website and to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, sabchalo disclaims all representations, conditions and warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied conditions or warranties of informational content, title, or non-infringement of the rights of third parties.
(13.2)
sabchalo does not warrant nor make any representations that the site will operate error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the site and/or its servers will be free of viruses and/or other harmful components. sabchalo does not warrant or make any representations regarding suitability, availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any service of any kind contained within the site for any purpose, including software, services, information, text and related content.
(13.3)
sabchalo is not responsible for any failures caused by server errors, misdirected or redirected transmissions, failed internet connections, interruptions in the transmission or receipt of reservations or, any computer virus or other technical defect, whether human or technical in nature.
14.User Safety and Protection Policy
14A. Our Commitment:
At sabchalo, the safety and well-being of our users are at the core of what we do. As a global platform connecting users through bookings, itineraries, and social features, we are dedicated to maintaining a secure and respectful environment for everyone, including children. While incidents of misconduct are rare, we believe that even one instance is too many, and we remain committed to taking prompt action against any violations of our safety standards.
14B (1). Child Safety Standards:
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment, with a strong emphasis on protecting children. In alignment with our core values, we strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the platform. We maintain content moderation practices and enforce child safety standards to prevent harmful or inappropriate content. Through clear policies, accessible user reporting mechanisms, and strict enforcement, we aim to ensure the safety and well-being of all users. Our standards for the protection of CSAE are compliant with all the Child safety and protection laws in force.
14B (2). Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, sharing, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). To enforce this commitment, we adhere to the following Child Safety Standards:
14B(2.1). General Safety Standards
i. Prohibition of Sexual Content Involving Children: Any depiction, promotion, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Content that exploits or sexualizes children in any form will not be tolerated.
ii. No Grooming or Exploitation: Engaging in behavior intended to build a relationship with a child for inappropriate or exploitative purposes is forbidden. Any attempt to coerce, manipulate, or exploit children is a direct violation of our policies.
iii. Misrepresentation of Age: Users are required to meet sabchalo's minimum age requirements to access the platform. Misrepresenting one's age to engage with minors or evade restrictions is a violation.
iv. Prohibition of Sharing Private Information: Sharing or requesting personal information about children, such as addresses, phone numbers, or school details, is strictly prohibited.
v. No Inappropriate Communication with Minors: Comments, or interactions with minors that include inappropriate language, suggestions, or imagery are not allowed.
vi. No Depictions of Violence Involving Children: Content that glorifies, depicts, or promotes violence against children is prohibited.
vii. Prohibition of Child Labor Depictions: Any content that promotes or depicts exploitative child labor is not allowed.
14B(2.2). Image Content Moderation Standards
i. Explicit Sexual Content: If any image is detected containing nudity or sexual activity, immediate action is taken to block the content and notify the appropriate authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
ii. Violence: Any image identified as graphic, abusive, or depicting violence will be flagged and removed from the platform. Users associated with such content may be subject to account suspension or further investigation.

iv. Spam, External Links, or Illegal Activities: Text promoting illegal activities, including spam or external links to harmful content, will be removed, and the responsible account will be investigated for potential violations.
v. High-Risk Phrases: Text containing high-risk keywords, phrases, or patterns related to CSAM or harmful activities will trigger an immediate review, followed by removal of the content and possible user suspension.

i. Diverse Language Support: Content will be moderated across 30+ languages. If harmful content is detected in any language, it will be flagged and removed according to the standards outlined above.
ii. Robust Evasion Countermeasures: Any attempt to circumvent moderation through character replacements, misspellings, or other evasion tactics will trigger a review process, ensuring harmful content does not bypass detection.
14B(3). Commitment to Safety Standards
i. We do not currently support video uploads, but all text and image content undergo rigorous moderation. If any harmful content is detected, it will be removed, and the responsible user may face account suspension or legal action as per the severity of the violation.
ii. We collaborate with relevant authorities and follow industry standards to ensure compliance with laws regarding child safety and online abuse. If CSAM is found, appropriate legal action will be initiated.

i. Image Analysis and Classification: We leverage advanced third-party API from Hive AI to analyze every uploaded image. The API assess images for potential CSAM by categorizing and assigning confidence scores to inappropriate or harmful content. Specific focus areas include:
a) Explicit Sexual Content: Detecting nudity or sexual activity.
b) Violence: Identifying graphic or abusive imagery.
c) Weapons and Dangerous Objects: Recognizing visual elements related to harm or abuse.
ii. Multi-Layered Checks: The APIs perform simultaneous classifications, ensuring images are screened across various harmful categories to identify and block potential CSAM.
14C(2). Preventing CSAM in Text Content
i. Semantic Analysis for Contextual Understanding: The APIs we use employ deep learning to understand the semantic meaning of user-generated text. This helps us detect and block text that may facilitate, promote, or describe:
a) Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
b) Grooming behavior or solicitation.
c) Hate speech, violence, or harassment.
d) Spam, external links, or any content promoting illegal activities.
ii. Pattern Matching for High-Risk Phrases: To strengthen our efforts, the APIs also detect specific high-risk keywords, phrases, and patterns commonly associated with CSAM or related activities.

i. Support for Diverse Inputs: The text moderation APIs support over 30 languages and can interpret emojis, slang, and leetspeak—commonly used tactics to evade detection.
ii. Robustness to Evasion: The APIs are designed to counter adversarial techniques such as character replacements, misspellings, and intentional obfuscation. This ensures harmful content cannot bypass moderation easily.
14C(4). Commitment to Safety
While we currently do not support video uploads, we ensure that all uploaded images and text are thoroughly moderated for CSAM and other harmful content. By leveraging industry-leading third-party APIs, we aim to uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance with laws and regulations regarding child safety and online abuse.
14D. In-App Reporting Mechanism
We provide an in-app mechanism allowing users to report concerns, including safety issues, via multiple ways. If users come across inappropriate or harmful content, they can flag posts/comments directly using the Report feature on each post/comment. Additionally, users can contact support by generating a ticket, where they can write detailed descriptions of the issue and attach any relevant proof. All reports and tickets will be promptly acknowledged, and appropriate action will be taken.
14E. Action on CSAE and CSAM
Upon receiving a report of CSAE or CSAM, we will take immediate action, including:
i. Acknowledgment: All reports are acknowledged within 24 hours.
ii. Review and Removal: Any flagged content will be reviewed and removed if it violates our child safety standards.
iii. Account Suspension or Termination: If an account is found to be in violation, it will be suspended while the case is investigated. If necessary, the account will be permanently banned.
iv. Reporting to Authorities: In the case of confirmed CSAM, the material will be reported to the appropriate authorities, such as NCMEC.
v. User Notification: The user who reported the content will be updated on the outcome if appropriate.
14F. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
