1.Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how sabchalo Inc. (“sabchalo” or “us” or “we” or “our”) collect, use, and share the information you provide to us or we gather from you while you access or use www.sabchalo.com (the "Website"), the sabchalo mobile application (the "App"), and related services that link to this Policy (together, the “Platform”).
This Policy applies only to information collected by us through the Platform and does not apply to services that link to other privacy policies, including any third-party websites or services you connect to from our Platform, such as social-networking platforms or connected third-party applications/ websites. sabchalo is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of those third parties.
We collect and process personal information about you with your consent and/or as necessary to provide the services you use, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security -of our systems and our customers, or fulfill other legitimate interests.
Undefined terms in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as in our Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2.What data we collect and how to we collect your data?
Personal Information
You provide personal information about yourself directly into the platform by activating your account through Google account or Apple account; or you activate by providing us your first name, last name, phone number, email address, date of birth, profile photo, gender, relationship status, bio description, passport details (this is for flight bookings), and co-travelers details.
Device Information
We collect the information from and about the device you use to access our Platform includes but not limited to:
(a)
Information about your connection, such as your IP address and browser type.
(b)
Information about your device and its settings, such as device and advertising ID, operating system, language, memory and apps installed.
(c)
Your device address book, if you’ve chosen to share it with us.
(d)
Your device status if it is online or offline
Location Information
Such as precise or approximate location determined from your IP address or mobile device’s GPS depending on your device settings. We may also collect this information when you’re not using the app if you enable this through your settings or device permissions.
Information We Collect Automatically
On our Platform, you can send messages, take photos, book flights and hotels and much more (hereinafter referred to as “Activity”). We collect your Activity across our Platform, including but not limited to the following:
(a)
Content that you create, such as posts like photos, comments; including the location, date and time of posting the content.
(b)
Content you provide through our camera feature or your camera roll settings,
(c)
A message you send and receive, including their content, date and time it was sent. Please note that we can't see the content of messages unless users report them to us for review;
(d)
Your interactions with others and what content you view or follow, your preferences and what all actions you take while using our Platform;
(e)
Your interactions and views with the advertisement we have posted on the Platform
(f)
We collect your data such as user id, name, email, address, profile picture, networks, followers, and any other information you allow to share with everyone when you share the content from our Platform to other third-party social media platform included but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, twitter, etc. However, if anyone click the link shared of the content posted on our Platform to any other third-party platform he/she shall be redirect to our Platform to view the content.

The data relating to your usage and time spend on our Platform.
3.What is the purpose of data collection?
The information collected by us maybe used as follows:
(a)
As part of our services we use your Personal Information to book a flight tickets and hotel accommodations. This also includes keeping you updated by sending you emails and messages regarding transactional information, booking confirmation, alterations, reminders, update or change in booking,
(b)
We use your data to enhance services provided to you by suggesting and displaying relevant advertisement and promotions, suggesting companion, and other related interest,
(c)
We use your data to send marketing and product-related emails, offers, promotional deals, and recommendations. If you wish not to receive emails from us then you can make the change by going to account settings https://www.sabchalo.com/account-settings
(d)
We use your data to personalize and improve our products and services to provide you highly specialized experience.
(e)
We collect your Personal Information to comply with legal obligations and ensure the safety and protection of the rights, property and interest of our Platform, our Users or third-parties and also to enforce our Terms and other Policies.
4.What do we retain?
sabchalo and End Service Provider(s) may retain your Personal Information in accordance with any legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements.
Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, forum postings, comments, public posts) will be removed from the Platform, after your Account is deleted. However, some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
We reserve the right to retain the identifiers you used to register an account (such as your email address or phone number) indefinitely in the event that you infringe our Terms and your account is suspended in order to stop repeated policy violators from opening new accounts.
We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or our Terms and Policies, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. We also reserve the right to remove information upon the request of any third party.
We may also compile certain general information related to your use of the platform. You agree that we are authorized to use, reproduce and generally make such information available to third parties in the aggregate, provided that your information shall not include personally identifiable information about you or be attributable to you.
5.How is your information shared?
When you post your content or share it to other social media platforms, you disclose your information like name, user name, and profile picture to general public even if they are not signed in to our Platform. Please note that if you have shared information such as posts or direct messages with someone else that accesses our Platform through third-party service, the information may be shared with the third-party service also.
Your information is shared among the users of the Platform if you chose to post your content as public view; the other user can also see your likes, comments and the list of companions you follow.
As you request for booking you authorize us to share your information with service providers like hotels, airline , vehicle rental services, or any other service providers who are responsible for your hassle-free journey. You are requested to read the privacy policies and other terms and conditions of the service provider whose services you wish to avail.
We may share your information with our service providers that provide services on our behalf, including payment services providers who facilitate payments; service providers that maintains our Platform; service providers that help us understand the use of our services; and those that provide fraud detection services; service providers who are suppliers for Hotel and airline inventories; service providers who provide content moderation services.
We reserve the right to transfer all data (including any sensitive personal information or data) that is in our possession or under our control in the event if sabchalo sells its business (by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise) or sell all or substantially all of its assets or any transaction of this kind, including your personally identifiable information. In any such circumstances you will be notified by an email sent to the last known email address in our database or by notice posted on the Platfrom.
We may share your Personal Information if required by law to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served to us.
6.Why do we transfer data?
We do not allow our service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
We guarantee a similar level of protection by imposing contractual obligations to our subcontractors that are similar to this Privacy Policy.
We avail the services of third parties for various purposes including but not limited to anonymously gather statistics about users or visitors, provide payment options, content moderation, in order to maintain and enhance the user experience and Platform. We may provide anonymous statistical information to data suppliers, advertisers, affiliates and other current and potential business partners.
We may hire third-party for market research, surveys etc. and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection to our Services. The information (including aggregate cookie and tracking information) we provide to such third parties, alliance partners, or vendors are protected by confidentiality agreements and such information is to be used solely for completing the specific services, and in compliance with the applicable regulations.
Payment and financial data
sabchalo does not store or retain any of the credit card details. All payments and transactions are processed by our third-party payment gateway processor.
International Data Transfer
We conduct business across the world, including in the United States. By using our Platform, you authorize the transfer, use, processing, and storage of your Personal Data in any country or territory where we operate, maintain, or host facilities or service centers, including places where the applicable data privacy laws may differ from those in your home country or territory. Therefore, we have taken measures to guarantee that the Personal Data is handled in accordance with the terms of our agreements, including any intercompany data-processing agreements among corporate affiliates, and the legislation that is applicable where the data is situated.
7.Security of the data
We follow data processing and storage procedures that are aimed to secure the accuracy and privacy of the personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8.How can user manage or delete their information?
You can at any time withdraw your consent to submit any or all Personal Information or refuse to provide any permission on its Platform as covered above at any time. In case, you choose to do so then your access to the Platform may be limited, or we might not be able to provide the services to you.
You can delete your content, comments or reviews posted on the Platform at any time.

Every time you use one of our online services or applications, we employ cookies and other online tracking technology.

10.Children’s privacy
sabchalo does not allow persons who are below the age of 13 to avail our services. Services offered by product are defined in “Services on our Platform” in Terms of use located at https://www.sabchalo.com/terms-and-condition. We do not knowingly collect the Personal Data of children under the age of 13 nor is our Platform targeting that age group. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we have collected information about a child, please contact us as described in this Privacy Policy. We will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
11.Permissions
For the functioning of this Platform and in order to render our services in its entirety or to the extent you wish to avail, we may ask for permission, that will revocable in nature, to access the following functions on or through your device:

- Photo Gallery
- Contacts
- Other Social Media platforms
12.Change in the Policy
We reserve the right to update, change, amend or modify the Privacy Policy from time to time as per the amendments in the laws and other business requirements. We shall update the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform by providing notices on the Platform for the changes made in the Policy.
